Server logs retain anonymized traffic data for up to 90 days. Contact form submissions are kept up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing info@manukaflow.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

7. Children

The site is intended for adult readers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
